PROQS - Assembly and quality control station

Description :
Ideal for installing hardware, mosquito screen and other accessories on the window, as well as cleaning and preparing the window for delivery.
Allows simulating a window installed in a wall.
Allows the opening and the closing of the shutters to ensure proper functioning of the hardware

Caracteristic :
Allows the operator to work both sides of the window.
High lift height of the work station contributes to better ergonomic work on the bottom of the window.
Allows testing of windows with brickmolds.
Clamping in place of the window is insured by a brake motor on the superior clamp which stays activated without air pressure or electricity present. The window stays secured in the work station at all times.
Fluid movement of the superior clamp.
Tilting of the window is possible for better stability.
Easy to use control remote and accessible on both sides of the work station.
Working width of 100 inches on the station (if the window is wider, simply shift the window).
Accepts all possible widths of windows by a minimum of 12 inches to a maximum of 102 inches in height.
